  There are lots of schematics sites on the Web.
  
  I have used a simple chaser circuit from Bill Bowden's Hobby Electronics site:

  For a sequencer design that is more flexible, I also am using a PIC Lab board obtained from the following source, which is a mess of a tutorial (and I mean mess, i.e. broken/confusing links) but has some good info:

  OK, so I just got in 100 UV LEDs, they came with resistors.
  
  I've no idea what i'm doing, I have absolutly no idea what to make with them aside from the simple throwies ( graffitiresearchlab.com/ )
  
  I would make a throwie mooninite, but i fear getting arrested....i AM in Boston after all :P
  
  If anyone finds a "LEDs for dummies" link....please post it :)
